By accessing or using CloakVPN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
CloakVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers to protect your privacy and security online.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
You agree not to use the Service for:
CloakVPN does not log your browsing activity, DNS queries, or traffic destinations. We store only: account information (email), subscription status, and connection metadata (timestamps, bandwidth used) for service operation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase for annual plans.
Each account may connect up to 5 devices simultaneously. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
CloakVPN is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Connection metadata is automatically purged after 30 days. You may delete your account at any time, which removes all associated data.
